Privé Recruitment Limited (“The Agency”)  is committed to protecting the privacy of our candidates, clients and users of our website. We will ensure that the information you submit to us via our website or through any of our offices or other international websites or offices is only used for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

The Data Protection Act 1998 requires all organisations which handle personal information (“Data”) to comply with a number of important principles regarding privacy and disclosure. The Act states that anyone who processes personal information must comply with eight principles. These state that information must be:

The Agency will use your Data to enable it to provide the information, products or services that you request from it or which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes, to enable us to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, and to alert you to any product and service changes and updated information.

In the event you do not wish for The Agency to use your Data for administration and such marketing purposes, please contact The Agency advising us of your intention to be removed from our marketing database.

The Agency shall not disclose your Data to any third party unless we are required to do so by law or such disclosure is necessary in order for The Agency to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.

The Agency take appropriate measures to ensure that any personal Data is kept secure and are kept for only so long as is necessary for the purpose for which its is used. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not entirely secure and, although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your Data transmitted to our site and any transmission is at your own risk.

If your personal details change please contact The Agency and we will endeavour to update your Data within seven (7) working days of any new or updated personal Data being provided to us, to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is as accurate and up to date as possible.
